Professional Women-Focused Nonprofit Rebrands
Women in HVACR is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration trades. Recently, the brand unveiled a new logo at its Step Into Your Power regional meeting in Houston, where more than 80 attendees participated in leadership circles, vision‑boarding exercises, and peer discussions. The event also raised over $18,000 for workforce development initiatives.
The new Women in HVACR logo features interlocking Ws meant to represent both individual strength and collective momentum. The imagery symbolizes the group’s commitment to mentorship, professional growth, and networking opportunities for women in a traditionally male‑dominated industry.
WHVACR President Jane Sidebottom shared: "Our Houston regional meeting showcased the incredible strength, talent and momentum of women throughout the HVACR industry. The event gave attendees a chance to step back, think about their goals, share their experiences and learn from one another while celebrating an exciting milestone for our organization with the reveal of our new logo."
