The 'Ube Coconut' line headlines Starbucks’ 2026 spring menu debut in Canada, introducing a collection of beverages that highlight ube and toasted coconut as featured seasonal flavors for a limited time.

The 'Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato' layers toasted coconut and milk with espresso, served over ice and finished with ube coconut cream cold foam. Additionally, the Canadian-exclusive 'Ube Coconut Latte' combines espresso with steamed milk infused with toasted coconut syrup and ube, creating a naturally purple beverage with balanced sweet and nutty notes. The 'Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew' pairs cold brew coffee with toasted coconut cream cold foam, while the 'Toasted Coconut Latte' blends espresso, toasted coconut-flavored syrup, and milk, available hot or iced.

Seasonal lavender beverages and the returning Canadian-exclusive 'Iced Cherry Chai' complement the spring offerings. The bakery selection expands with 'Mini Dill & Rye Bagels,' available year-round, alongside the limited-time 'Lemon Cake Pop' and 'Frog Cake Pop.'
