The Balenciaga x Manolo Blahnik capsule collection was announced in May 2026. This highly anticipated drop is sure to immediately draw the attention of style-minded consumers and collectors due to the convergence of a popular contemporary fashion house and a well-regarded veteran footwear designer.
The Balenciaga x Manolo Blahnik collection includes three shoe models — a low-heeled mule and two slingback variations with heel heights of 105mm and 50mm. The designs feature silk-satin uppers, leather linings in Balenciaga’s signature grey, and hand-embroidered asymmetrical crystal leaf ornaments that cascade across the vamp. Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli selected archival Blahnik silhouettes for this project, while the decorative elements also echo Balenciaga’s own 1960s jewelry pieces.
