Marcoux Mathern & Associés has undertaken a comprehensive and transformative renovation of the La Perle d'Azur villa in Cannes, and as part of this project, the studio reimagined a recently built but architecturally imbalanced property into a cohesive and emotionally resonant luxury residence.

Marcoux Mathern & Associés worked to correct fundamental spatial flaws in the La Perle d'Azur villa — such as heterogeneous facades, an unwelcoming entrance, and uncertain proportions — by establishing a new hierarchy of volumes and seamless spatial continuities that elevate the everyday experience into an art of living.

Marcoux Mathern & Associés paid meticulous attention to the sensory journey. The emotionally resonant luxury residence begins with a reimagined double-height entrance hall that features a striking vertical metal structure with integrated lighting.
