The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ Online Adds Four-Player Co-Op

The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ Online expands the long-running roguelike with online cooperative multiplayer for up to four players across consoles. The release includes the full The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth experience together with its major expansions, bringing the previously PC-exclusive online mode to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. First introduced as a beta on PC in 2024, the multiplayer update extends the game's procedurally generated dungeons and character roster into a shared online experience.

The console launch follows continued development of the online mode after its initial beta release, introducing cooperative gameplay to the complete content package. Developed by Edmund McMillen, the expansion arrives during a busy year for the creator following the release of Mewgenics earlier in 2026. The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ Online launches on November 19 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2.
