Chef's Table Celebrates the Release of the American Table

Chef's Table, the acclaimed documentary series known for its cinematic portraits of culinary artists, has announced the upcoming release of its debut cookbook, titled The American Table. This publication is positioned as the official culinary commemoration of the United States' 250th anniversary. It acts as a culinary time capsule, aiming to capture the diverse and dynamic state of American cooking by featuring contributions from some of the nation's most highly regarded chefs.

Chef's Table's The American Table is available for pre-order exclusively through the brand's website at a retail price of $75 USD before its October release. It represents a significant evolution for the production company, which transitions from visual storytelling on Netflix to a tangible, curated anthology of recipes.

The American Table project is a collaborative effort, developed by the Chef's Table team in partnership with Jamila Robinson, the editor-in-chief of Bon Appétit and Epicurious.
