Mattel Debuts New Wave of Monster High Skullector Dolls

Mattel has unveiled a new wave of Monster High Skullector dolls at San Diego Comic-Con. This debut expands the brand's premium collector line with reimagined versions of cinematic horror icons including Frankenstein, Dracula, The Mummy, Oogie Boogie from Disney Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, Krampus, and Michael Myers.

The Universal Monsters trio features Frankenstein in an all-black ensemble with electricity-inspired accents and a windmill purse, Dracula in a collared dress with blood drip earrings and a coffin-inspired handbag, and The Mummy in a gauzy wrapped dress with flowing fringe sleeves and sarcophagus-heeled sandals. Each Monster High Skullector doll features the original classic films while incorporating Monster High's signature fashion-forward aesthetic. Additional upcoming releases include a Michael Myers doll inspired by Halloween II with a red glitter-spattered jumpsuit, an Oogie Boogie collectible with patchwork details and textured platform boots, a Krampus doll in a hooded jacket with extra-long chains and cloven hoof boots, and a Draculaura Halloween Edition featuring a winged headpiece and spiderweb-sheer veiling.
