To underscore that its herbal liqueur is best and traditionally served at –18°C, Jägermeister came up with FingerMittens to reinforce an essential part of its brand identity and challenge an increase in consumption of its product at room temperature.

FingerMittens are exactly what they seem to be—tiny wool mittens designed just for the fingertips, so that drinkers can hold an ice-cold shot without numbing their fingers. While select bars in Denmark are stocked with FingerMittens, and fans can purchase pairs via the campaign website, Jägermeister has also come up with a knitting tutorial so that fans can craft their own small-scale, finger-warming mittens from scratch to preserve a cherished drinking ritual and consume the herbal liqueur as intended.
