InnoCaption's service is available at no cost to eligible users in the United States and offers two captioning options — automated transcriptions for quick, everyday calls and live stenographers for more complex or high-stakes conversations. Users also enjoy the flexibility to switch between these modes mid-call depending on the user's needs. Additional features beside the real-time captions for phone calls include a One Number system that maintains a consistent phone number across devices, InnoCaption Web for viewing captions on a larger screen, text-to-speech capabilities for those who prefer typing over speaking, and Caption Alert functionality that notifies users when someone returns from hold.
