InnoCaption is an FCC-certified mobile application that provides real-time captions for phone calls. This service enables individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing to both listen and read the spoken words simultaneously during conversations.

InnoCaption's service is available at no cost to eligible users in the United States and offers two captioning options — automated transcriptions for quick, everyday calls and live stenographers for more complex or high-stakes conversations. Users also enjoy the flexibility to switch between these modes mid-call depending on the user's needs. Additional features beside the real-time captions for phone calls include a One Number system that maintains a consistent phone number across devices, InnoCaption Web for viewing captions on a larger screen, text-to-speech capabilities for those who prefer typing over speaking, and Caption Alert functionality that notifies users when someone returns from hold.
