Parlor Doughnuts Has a New Bourbon Butterscotch Pear Flavor

Parlor Doughnuts recently unveiled its 2026 fall lineup and this year's selection includes exciting new flavors like Cherry Coconut Pie, Pumpkin Chai Cheesecake, and Bourbon Butterscotch Pear.

According to the brand, Parlor Doughnuts' fall collection is inspired by trips to the local farm stand or farmers' market and has thus been dubbed the 'Farm Stand Favorites collection.' As Justin Riat, Chief Growth Officer of Parlor Doughnuts, explains, "We love visiting the pumpkin patch around this time of year! Making memories with our families in the autumn season is a tradition so many people share. That feeling inspired our September lineup."

One of the standouts from the new collection is the Bourbon Butterscotch Pear doughnut, which is a reimagined take on Parlor’s Bourbon Caramel, with a new bourbon butterscotch buttercream, sweet pear pieces, and a caramel drizzle on top. There's also a new Pumpkin Chai Cheesecake doughnut topped with graham cracker crumbs, and a Cherry Coconut Pie doughnut stuffed with sweet cherry pie filling.
