Panasonic Debuts the BalancedHome 210 for Whole-Home Ventilation

Panasonic Eco Systems North America has launched the BalancedHome 210 — a new energy recovery ventilator engineered to provide whole-home ventilation for single-family residential construction and light commercial applications. The company places a particular focus on performing reliably across diverse climate conditions ranging from cold northern regions to hot and humid southern states.

The BalancedHome 210 device works by transferring both heat and moisture between incoming and outgoing airstreams. It achieves an 83% sensible recovery efficiency, which means it can supply fresh outdoor air while minimizing the energy loss that typically occurs when homes expel stale indoor air. The unit includes MERV 13 filtration, WiFi connectivity with simple homeowner controls, and a compact design that allows flexible installation through top or side ports with multiple mounting configurations.
