Inverted Workwear Capsule
UNION and Dickies Turn Classic Workwear Inside Out with Exposed Seams
UNION and Dickies join forces for the Fall/Winter 2026 “INVERSE” capsule, reworking the latter’s utilitarian staples through deliberately exposed construction. Classic heavy-duty cotton twill is flipped inside out across chore jackets, Eisenhower-style tops, double-knee work pants and relaxed trousers, revealing interior fabric textures, seam taping and contrast stitching that would normally remain hidden. Co-branded patches complete the workwear-inspired pieces while reinforcing the capsule’s reversed design language.
The collection extends into graphic T-shirts and everyday layering pieces, bringing UNION’s West Coast streetwear sensibility into Dickies’ established workwear vocabulary. The resulting lineup keeps the recognizable proportions and functional silhouettes of traditional uniforms while making their construction the visual focus. The UNION x Dickies “INVERSE” capsule releases today online and at UNION flagship locations in Los Angeles and Tokyo.
