Mixed-Use Lifestyle Center Expansions
Centercal Properties Enhances The Village at Meridian
CenterCal Properties, LLC has announced the addition of five national retailers and restaurants to the Phase II expansion of The Village at Meridian, a mixed-use lifestyle center in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. The new spaces include first-to-market establishments such as the upscale gastropub Culinary Dropout and the fine-dining steakhouse The Capital Grille, alongside premium home goods stores Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn, as well as 7th Avenue, a modular sofa brand known for its stain-resistant and contemporary furniture. These businesses will occupy nearly 80,000 square feet across six new buildings that are already fully leased.
The inclusion of Culinary Dropout, with its large covered patios and refined yet rebellious atmosphere, and The Capital Grille, with its emphasis on dry-aged steaks and an extensive wine selection, offers residents and visitors new venues for special occasions, business dinners, or leisurely weekend outings, thereby enriching the area’s culinary scene.
