Psylos1 Launched a Curated Retailer for Chinese Niche Labels

Psylos1 is a Toronto-based e-commerce platform launched in 2022 with a focus on bringing independent Chinese streetwear labels to North American and global markets. The platform curates a selection of over 50 Chinese designers and brands — including Kaalixto and Beaster — handling logistics, marketing, and local operations on behalf of its brand partners through a managed retail model. The approach removes the need for overseas infrastructure on the brand side, lowering the barrier for independent Chinese labels to reach Western consumers.

Parent company Cosmic Talenter has secured pre-A funding and counts Danny Zhang, co-founder of Wish, among its strategic advisors. The platform integrates AI-powered personalization tools developed in partnership with Brandpal, a ByteDance-backed service, to deliver tailored product recommendations and community-driven styling content. A dedicated app with social shopping features is slated for 2025.
