Hubergroup Print Solutions Launches Its New Resin Technology Inks

Hubergroup Print Solutions introduced a next-generation offset ink range featuring a new resin technology designed to reduce misting and lower make-ready waste on high-speed presses. The rollout applies across the company’s conventional commercial and packaging ink series, including Resista, Rapida, Packaging Plus, MGA Natura and Corona.

Hubergroup said the updated formulation improves print stability through a wider water window, reduced dampening requirements and more consistent color reproduction during long runs. Production testing reportedly showed fewer sheets required for press adjustments, lower airborne misting and stable post-print performance across sheetfed and web-offset applications. The company plans to deploy the technology globally during the first half of 2026 while keeping existing product names and sales codes unchanged.

For printers, the updated inks could reduce startup waste, improve pressroom cleanliness and increase production consistency on faster machines. The release reflects broader demand for print technologies that improve operational efficiency while supporting sustainability and lower material loss.
