Reddit introduced profile curation tools that give users finer control over what their public page reveals. Accessible on desktop and mobile, the update lets people decide how much of their posting and commenting history appears when someone visits their profile.

Within the new 'Curate your profile' section, users can hide all activity, show everything, or selectively conceal posts and comments from specific subreddits while dedicated toggles remove NSFW contributions from the profile view and hide follower counts and follower identities. These options sit alongside existing settings that govern search visibility, follow permissions, and chat requests, creating a single hub for profile-level privacy.

These tools people participate in sensitive or niche communities without automatically broadcasting that activity to casual profile visitors. As social platforms face increasing scrutiny over data visibility, Reddit’s curated profiles reflect a user-controlled identity, where context and boundaries matter as much as the content itself.
