Personal Health Data Apps
Keyspan Launches an App It Calls 'The Action Layer for Health'
Keyspan, a precision wellness company based in Austin, has launched a new personal health data mobile application designed to function as what it calls "the action layer for health." The new platform synthesizes data from blood biomarkers, wearable devices, and other health inputs to generate clear, personalized daily action plans.
Keyspan's service combines the capabilities of an artificial intelligence health assistant named Kai, which offers immediate, data-driven guidance, with the support of a dedicated human health coach who provides context, accountability, and individualized encouragement to help users act on their recommendations. Subscriptions to the personal health data app include access to a core panel of over 80 blood biomarkers, chosen specifically because they are both indicative of overall health and responsive to lifestyle changes, as well as the option for microplastics testing and a flexible supplement delivery system.
