The 7 Virtues' Perfume Atelier Lets Guests Play Perfumer

The 7 Virtues is bringing its Perfume Atelier to Toronto's Fairmont Royal York this fall, inviting fragrance fans to design their own perfume as part of an experience modeled after perfume workshops in Grasse, France—the perfume capital of the world.

Perfume is one of the rarest kinds of self-expression because it works through the sense tightly linked to memory and emotion, and scratch-built fragrances become something no bottle off a shelf ever could. At the Perfume Atelier, guests will blend The 7 Virtues' made-to-layer Canadian perfumes, like Cherry Ambition and Amber Vanilla, made with clean, sustainably sourced, vegan-friendly and hypoallergenic ingredients. Each fragrance carries a proprietary harmony molecule, which simplifies the process of blending without notes clashing.
