One-Piece Shelf-Ready Packaging

VPK StackIT Combines Transport Protection with Retail Display

One-piece shelf-ready packaging is helping brands and retailers simplify how products move from packing lines to store displays. VPK Packaging’s StackIT replaces traditional two-piece base-and-lid formats with a single corrugated structure that combines product protection, stacking stability and shelf-ready presentation. An integrated locking mechanism keeps products secure during transportation and merchandising, while the modular design can accommodate pouches, jars, bottles, tubs and other formats. Its stackable structure also helps retailers make better use of vertical fixture space.

For manufacturers and packers, reducing packaging components can simplify inventory management, packing and palletising while potentially lowering material use and packaging weight. Retailers can benefit from faster replenishment, improved brand blocking and more efficient shelf utilization. By designing packaging to serve logistical and merchandising functions simultaneously, VPK demonstrates how suppliers can create greater operational value while supporting fibre-based packaging and waste-reduction goals.
