Loreto’s Mailena is poised to debut in late summer 2026 as the region’s first adults-only wellness resort, introducing a new paradigm of refined, restorative travel to Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula. Thoughtfully designed for couples, groups, and independent travelers alike, this luxury beachfront retreat blends natural immersion with sophisticated leisure, setting a new benchmark for elevated hospitality in the area.

The boutique resort will comprise 96 curated accommodations including suites, casitas, and one-bedroom penthouses, each crafted to embody Mailena’s vibrant spirit while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding coastal landscape. Guests will enjoy a suite of upscale amenities, including "a beachfront pool, an expansive ocean-view restaurant and bar, a stylish beach club, and privileged access to TPC Danzante Bay, an award-winning 18-hole golf course by Rees Jones."

Guests may also partake in curated adventures such as "cultural excursions, snorkeling, hiking, desert ATV tours, sport fishing, and surfing—set against Loreto’s charming colonial backdrop, rich with heritage dating back to 1697."
