Legendairy Milk Introduced She's Flowing on June 17th

Legendairy Milk has introduced She's Flowing, a new fenugreek-free lactation drink mix that addresses two critical needs for breastfeeding mothers — supporting milk production and maintaining adequate hydration.

The She's Flowing formulation comes in individual stick packs that consumers are instructed to mix into eight to 12 ounces of water. The lactation drink mix recipe features moringa, which supports prolactin activity and helps replenish nutrients commonly depleted during breastfeeding, alongside goat's rue and milk thistle. The former ingredient is traditionally used to support milk production and mammary gland development, while the latter contains silymarin, a compound that studies suggest may help maintain healthy prolactin levels.
