RitFit Boasts a Panther Home Hip Abductor & Adductor Machine

RitFit has introduced the Panther Home Hip Abductor and Adductor Machine, a dedicated piece of strength equipment designed to target the inner and outer thigh muscles, which are often neglected in conventional home gym setups, and it is now available in both black and pink finishes.

This machine features a dual-function design that allows users to perform both adduction and abduction movements from a single seated position, with a 96-degree adduction arc and a 70-degree abduction arc per side to facilitate a full range of motion. This is complemented by 360-degree rotating knee pads that reduce joint friction and an integrated 19-plate weight stack offering 209 pounds of resistance, adjustable via a single pin and augmented by a 1:2 pulley ratio that effectively doubles the load on the working muscles.
