In-Store Skin Analysis Partnerships

Grupo Boticário has expanded its strategic partnership with Haut.AI to deploy the Meu Botik skin-analysis and product-recommendation experience across nearly 4,000 O Boticário stores in Brazil. This follows a 24-store pilot that demonstrated a roughly 80% increase in average skincare order value.

Haut.AI's technology uses artificial intelligence to evaluate over 150 facial biomarkers — such as hydration, skin-tone evenness, and expression lines — within about 80 seconds. It relies on a database of more than three million validated clinical images to generate personalized skin assessments. Grupo Boticário beauty advisors access the Haut.AI system through the same mobile devices they already use for completing sales, which eliminates the need for dedicated hardware and allows the analysis to integrate seamlessly into natural customer conversations rather than feeling like a separate, technical step.
