Gravity-Feed Retail Trays

STI Group introduced the Gravity-Feed Tray, a transit-to-shelf packaging solution designed to combine product protection, logistics and point-of-sale presentation in a single unit. The tray uses a gravity-assisted mechanism that automatically moves products forward as items are removed, helping maintain front-facing visibility on retail shelves.

The packaging can be supplied as a single tray with one cover or as a three-unit pack with three trays and one cover. During transport, the cover creates a stable, stackable unit, while defined perforations, glue points and an integrated folding mechanism allow it to convert quickly into a retail display. The two-part construction can also be adapted to different material requirements.

For retailers and brands, the design can reduce handling while maintaining product visibility and accessibility. It supports cans, jars and folding cartons across single- and multi-facing shelf applications.
