QuadReal & Cloverdale Mall Present RELISH The Foodie Event

The real estate and property management company QuadReal Property Group, in partnership with Cloverdale Mall, is presenting RELISH The Foodie Event — a three-day community festival taking place from September 18 to 20, 2026. This venture marks the mall's 17th anniversary and features over 50 food and artisan vendors, live entertainment, interactive workshops, and family programming.

Many will find interest in the RELISH The Foodie Event because it offers a concentrated, accessible opportunity to explore a wide variety of local culinary offerings — including food trucks, tents, and a dedicated marketplace — without the need to travel across the city. A notable new feature is the RELISH Bites program, where participating vendors create exclusive sample-sized dishes priced at ten dollars each, allowing attendees to taste multiple offerings at a low cost and then vote for their favorite, which gamifies the experience and encourages active participation.

Cannabis-Focused Lifestyle Brand Takeovers

SunMed Growers, a Maryland-based cannabis cultivator with three generations of greenhouse farming heritage, has announced a partnership with the lifestyle brand Old Pal to relaunch the latter's product line in the state through a licensing, manufacturing, and distribution agreement. This collaboration brings Old Pal's portfolio, which includes whole flower, two-pack pre-rolls, and the original 'Ready to Roll' ground cannabis kits available in sativa, indica, and hybrid varieties, back to Maryland after the brand had previously established a following during the state's medical-only market phase.
