Chipotle Mexican Grill Opens Its First Location in Saudi Arabia

Chipotle Mexican Grill — the popular fast-casual restaurant chain known for its customizable burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads made with responsibly sourced ingredients and prepared in open kitchens — is opening its first location in Saudi Arabia at the Sidra dining destination in Riyadh. This marks the brand's entry into the Kingdom and continues its expansion across the Middle East through its franchise partnership with Alshaya Group, which has already opened sixteen restaurants in the region since 2024.

Chipotle's first location in Saudi Arabia will offer the full Chipotle menu, including choices of proteins, rice, beans, salsas, toppings, and the brand’s signature hand-mashed guacamole. The menu is prepared using the same classical cooking methods and ingredient standards that define the chain globally.
