CareScout Debuts the Care Plan and the CareScout Quality Network

CareScout has broadened the availability of its service platform to a national level and introduced two primary tools — a nurse-developed personalized Care Plan and a vetted directory of home care agencies known as the CareScout Quality Network.

The Care Plan is generated following a comprehensive, non-medical assessment conducted either in person or via video conference by a licensed nurse. The consultation results in a document that outlines recommended actions and local resources tailored to an individual’s daily living needs and safety considerations.

The CareScout Quality Network, on the other hand, functions as a curated marketplace where families can identify home care providers that have met specific credentialing standards and may offer services at rates below typical market prices. The platform emphasizes user control and privacy over lead-generation tactics.
