LEGO Recreates Ayrton Senna’s Iconic Brazilian Racing Helmet in 931 Piece

LEGO has expanded its Formula 1 Helmet Collection with a 931-piece tribute to three-time World Champion Ayrton Senna. Set number 43024 recreates the distinctive yellow helmet worn by the Brazilian driver, complete with green and blue stripes inspired by the national flag. The build uses custom curved techniques to capture the compact, rounded profile of Senna’s era-appropriate racing headgear, specifically commemorating his 1988 season and first World Drivers’ Championship with McLaren.

The set also introduces printed period sponsor graphics, including the vintage BOSS emblem and Nacional bank logo, alongside a new technique for printing directly onto the back of a helmet element. An Ayrton Senna minifigure wears a Senninha cartoon T-shirt beneath a partially unzipped racing suit, accompanied by a miniature matching helmet and signed display plaque. Set for release September 1, 2026, the collectible is priced at $89.99 USD and is currently available for preorder through official brand channels and major retailers.
