Avelo Airlines Aims to Support Spirit Airlines Customers & Employees

Avelo Airlines has announced discounted fares on flights, including 75% off base fares across its network using promo code TRYAVELO, along with a status match into the Avelo PLUS membership program for Spirit Saver$ Club members. The goal of this cost-effective initiative is to support travellers affected by Spirit Airlines' operational shutdown.

Avelo Airlines has also committed to actively hiring displaced Spirit employees, as the company has "four growing bases and will be expanding in the North Dallas / McKinney, Texas (TKI) region this fall."

Avelo Airlines is offering alternative routes for 29 destinations previously flown by Spirit in total. This customer-focused venture is noteworthy because the sudden shutdown of a major low−cost carrier like Spirit Airlines leaves thousands of travellers uncertain about how they will make it to their destination
