AccessibleEU Delivers the Second Edition of Its Course

AccessibleEU has opened enrollment for the second edition of its online course, which is titled 'An introduction to accessible public transport – rules and rights – in Europe.' This free, self-paced educational program is designed to build expertise in transportation accessibility across the continent.

AccessibleEU's 'An introduction to accessible public transport – rules and rights – in Europe' course is structured into nine modules covering various modes of transport — including trains, buses, air travel, and maritime options — as well as the pedestrian environment and the role of technology in creating seamless accessible journeys. It is intended to provide participants with an understanding of inclusive design principles applied to transport systems, the importance of mobility for European citizens, and the latest legislative and policy developments aligned with European accessibility standards.
