Redmi K100 Pro Adds a Photoluminescent Interactive Back Panel

The Redmi K100 Pro introduces a Glowing Firefly finish that incorporates a photoluminescent layer beneath the smartphone's glass rear panel, allowing users to create temporary glowing patterns using a flashlight, laser pointer or light pen. Hidden beneath a green ink coating, the material remains invisible in daylight before absorbing light energy and gradually emitting it in the dark. The interactive surface functions without additional power consumption, enabling handwritten messages and simple illustrations that slowly fade over time while transforming the rear of the device into a reusable light-responsive canvas.

Alongside the photoluminescent design, the smartphone features flagship hardware including a 185Hz OLED display, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V Series processor, a 200-megapixel camera system and an 8,580mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging.
