Ball, the venerable home canning brand with over 140 years of heritage and a cornerstone of Newell Brands' consumer goods portfolio, has partnered with the acclaimed chef and entrepreneur David Chang to introduce a limited-edition Home Canning Kit. This innovation aims to lower the barriers for beginners interested in exploring the craft of food preservation.

The Ball x David Chang Home Canning Kit bundles the fundamental tools required to start canning, including four 16-ounce mason jars, a three-piece utensil set, and the authoritative Ball Blue Book Guide to Preserving. An exclusive recipe for a Korean Hot Pickle Mix, which Chang has developed and is only available through the kit, is also included.
