Chandigarh University Uttar Pradesh Debuts 12 Courses

Chandigarh University Uttar Pradesh has introduced 12 credit-based value-added courses into its academic curriculum. The initiative encompasses subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Design Thinking, and the Internet of Things, which are now mandatory components of the regular programme for students across various disciplines, including Applied Sciences, Business, Liberal Arts, and Computer Science Engineering.

Chandigarh University Uttar Pradesh's courses, which range from 30 to 60 hours in duration and carry two to four credits each, are delivered through offline classroom instruction supplemented by interactive lectures, case studies, group discussions, practical demonstrations, project-based learning, seminars, and expert talks.

The curriculum is designed to align with the principles of the National Education Policy 2020, which emphasizes multidisciplinary and experiential learning, and covers a broad spectrum of topics from AI in Biotechnology and Spreadsheet Modeling to Sustainable Development Goals, Public Governance, and Psychology.
