For Bethenny, the perfect chicken salad is hand-shredded and light on mayonnaise so that the quality of the ingredients can be appreciated for what they are. Bethenny's original chicken salad recipe served at the pop-up promises the same, as a "lighter take on the classic."

At the pop-up, guests can also enjoy bagels, a mix of dips and spreads that encompass everything from miso tahini to caviar, and The Supermodel Snack, a nod to Bethenny's TikTok-viral series.
