The Sun Rose West Hollywood, an award-winning hotel on the iconic Sunset Strip, has significantly enhanced its culinary offerings by partnering with SAGA Hospitality to introduce two distinct rooftop dining concepts — Yuhi, a highly exclusive 12-seat, 17-course omakase counter, and Oleander, a more expansive coastal Pacific restaurant. This expansion, which follows the hotel's first anniversary, effectively transforms the rooftop into a dual-venue gastronomic destination, with each concept operating under a different culinary philosophy.

Yuhi is characterized by its extreme intimacy and rigorous seasonality, where Chef Naomi Kubo prepares a nightly tasting menu based on daily market finds, with the open kitchen and counter seating creating a theatrical and personal dining experience. In contrast, Oleander offers a broader, all-day menu that draws inspiration from various Pacific Rim cultures, featuring wood-fired meats, fresh seafood, and bincho-grilled skewers.
