Selten Yum Cha Edition Honors Hong Kong Dim Sum Traditions

Selten Yum Cha Edition is a 100-piece collaboration with Watch Ho & Co. inspired by the tradition of Hong Kong tea houses and dim sum culture. Its fine-silver Grand Feu enamel dial is hand engraved to resemble the woven surface of a bamboo steamer basket, requiring approximately 16.5 hours of work, around 3,500 individual cuts and multiple enamel firings. Finished with a honey-to-amber fumé gradient, the dial is paired with custom diamond-cut hands shaped like tea leaves and housed inside a 38 mm stainless steel case measuring 9.95 mm thick beneath a top-hat sapphire crystal.

The watch is powered by the manual-wind Sellita SW210-2 M Power+ movement, delivering a 65-hour power reserve and regulated to within ±6 seconds per day. An engraved caseback depicts a family dining scene that continues the collection's culinary inspiration, while the presentation set includes a handcrafted bamboo steamer, bamboo coasters and a warranty card styled after a traditional Hong Kong dim sum order sheet. Limited to 100 examples worldwide, the timepiece is priced at $4,950 USD.
