Texas-Style BBQ Restaurant Upgrades

Primal Eats Introduces Cleaner Ingredients and Other Features

Primal Eats, a Texas-style BBQ restaurant based in Gillett, Wisconsin, has implemented a comprehensive series of operational and ingredient upgrades over the past year. This includes the introduction of cleaner flour options, the complete elimination of seed oils and corn syrup, and the deployment of the area's first authorized self-vending machine for its products.

Primal Eats now offers over 40 gluten-free menu items spanning pizzas, burgers, and appetizers, alongside gluten-free versions of its popular Friday fish fry. The restaurant has switched to premium European and Italian flours that are free from bleaching agents, bromates, and glyphosate to improve texture and digestibility. All frying is now conducted in 100% pure beef tallow, which provides a more stable fat profile and enhanced crispness, and MCT oil has replaced seed oils in sauces and dressings, with corn syrup removed entirely from every recipe.
