CRISP & GREEN Opens Its New Fast-Casual Restaurant in Rogers

CRISP & GREEN opened a new fast-casual restaurant in Rogers, Minnesota, marking the brand’s 22nd location in its largest state market. Operated by franchise partner eatSmart Minnesota LLC, the site expands the chain’s local footprint with chef-crafted meals positioned around convenient wellness and active lifestyles.

The menu includes Signature Salads, grain bowls, low-carb wraps, protein-focused sandwiches, smoothies and other functional drinks. Grand-opening programming included a free food event and an outdoor mat sculpt class led by Haley Wald, followed by food samples, partner activations and a Peloton giveaway. The Rogers restaurant operates daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

For customers, the location combines quick, health-focused dining with community fitness programming. The opening reflects broader growth in fast-casual concepts that use wellness events and experiential activations to build engagement beyond the meal itself.
