Hat Creek Burger Company Has a New Cuban Sandwich

Hat Creek Burger Company is bringing the flavors of Miami to Texas with the launch of its new Cuban Sandwich.

Officially available as of National Cuban Sandwich Day, which falls on August 23rd, Hat Creek's new Cuban Sandwich is an authentic take on the iconic sandwich. In fact, the Hat Creek team traveled to Miami to immerse themselves in the city's Cuban culture firsthand. The result of that research is a savory sandwich that layers toasted Cuban-style bread with sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and crispy pork belly breaded in Hat Creek’s signature gluten-free flour. Finally, Mojo Sauce and Happy Sauce is added for a little Texas twist. As Drew Gressett, CEO of Hat Creek Burger Company, says of the new offering, "After tasting our way through Miami, we came home inspired to create a version that honors the classic while adding the quality ingredients and Texas flair our guests expect from Hat Creek.”
