The offset portfolio spans renewable energy, forest conservation, sustainable agriculture, and clean technology initiatives in Canada and internationally. Beyond offsetting, LGM developed a carbon reduction strategy targeting transportation, business travel, and employee commuting, alongside a new emissions-per-employee metric designed to track progress relative to business growth over time.
