WHOOP — the human performance company known for its wearable platform that tracks sleep, recovery, strain, and fitness — has launched an integration with HealthEx, which is a health platform that enables individuals to unify their medical records and securely share them with trusted applications. This move will allow WHOOP members in the United States to connect their electronic health records directly within the WHOOP app for the first time.

This partnership combines continuous biometric data from the WHOOP wearable — such as heart rate variability, sleep patterns, and daily strain — with medical history including chronic conditions, recent procedures, and medication changes. This will allow the WHOOP AI feature and My Memory to deliver more contextual, personalized insights and guidance that reflect each member's broader health profile.
