Lowe's Strengthens Habitat for Humanity International Partnership

Popular home improvement retailer Lowe's has renewed its longstanding national partnership with Habitat for Humanity International and committed funding to support more than 200 home repair and rehabilitation projects across 20 local Habitat affiliates. The ultimate goal is to help more than 300 individuals remain safely in their homes. This renewal extends a partnership that has spanned more than two decades, during which Lowe's has contributed over $100 million to help more than 20,000 families improve their living conditions.

Lowe's investment in Habitat for Humanity International will address urgent needs such as roofing and HVAC replacements, energy efficiency improvements, accessibility modifications including fall-prevention upgrades, and disaster preparedness enhancements that collectively improve the safety, health, and resilience of owner-occupied homes.

To commemorate Habitat's 50th anniversary, Lowe's will host 20 pop-up community engagement events at its stores throughout July, featuring hands-on activities and interactive build experiences designed to raise awareness of Habitat's mission and connect customers with volunteer opportunities.
