Empty Behavior x ASICS Hypersync Highlights Stripes with Fabric Ruffles

The Empty Behavior x ASICS Hypersync collaboration reworks the everyday sneaker through the experimental label's industrial and fashion-focused design language. Two colorways are available: Black Breeze with pink accents and White/Pure Silver. The upper combines synthetic leather overlays with open-weave mesh underlays, creating a layered construction that emphasizes texture and contrast. Co-branding appears throughout the design, including Empty Behavior branding on the heel and collaborative markings on the toe box.

The most distinctive feature is the reinterpretation of ASICS' side stripes as fabric ruffle panels that run across the sneaker's profile. This modification introduces a softer visual element while preserving the recognizable structure of the original silhouette. A heavily padded tongue adds volume to the upper, contrasting with the streamlined body of the shoe.
