QuantHealth Raises $45M for Its Clinical Trial Simulation Platform

QuantHealth raised $45 million in Series B funding to expand its AI-powered clinical trial simulation platform, which helps pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies test and optimize study designs before enrolling patients. The round was led by Qumra Capital, with participation from Sanofi Ventures and several other healthcare-focused investors.

The platform allows trial teams to simulate different patient populations, treatment and control arms, endpoints and protocol parameters to evaluate potential outcomes before committing capital. QuantHealth plans to use the funding to develop next-generation AI models, expand its datasets and therapeutic coverage to more than 40 indications, and increase scientific validation of its technology.

For drug developers, the approach can help identify trial risks earlier and improve planning across clinical development. The funding reflects growing investment in AI-based simulation tools designed to support more informed trial design and development decisions.
