Straand Has Now Launched in Boots UK and Priceline

Australian scalp care brand Straand expanded into Boots UK and Priceline Australia with its prebiotic product range, supporting a pharmacy-first retail strategy designed to improve accessibility and credibility. Founded in 2022 and backed by more than AU$4 million, the brand develops formulas intended to rebalance the scalp microbiome and address concerns such as irritation and dandruff.

Straand’s lineup includes shampoo, conditioner, pre-wash oil, scalp mask, serum, scrub, hair perfume and dry shampoo, with most products featuring a rosebay prebiotic blend. The Boots rollout began in mid-June, followed by Priceline in July, increasing the brand’s retail footprint approximately eightfold. Straand is also preparing a TikTok Shop UK launch and an upgraded dry shampoo relaunch in September.

For consumers, pharmacy placement makes targeted scalp care easier to access while reinforcing its science-backed positioning. The expansion reflects scalp health’s shift from a niche beauty trend into a mainstream part of everyday haircare routines.
